These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Tribastion TI platform, its console, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Tribastion Technologies (“Tribastion”, “we”, “us”). By accessing the Service or creating an account you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Tribastion TI is a credit-aware threat-intelligence and breach-exposure platform. It searches leaked credentials, infostealer-log records and exposed secrets across domains, emails and infrastructure, and presents them for authorised investigation and response. Results are masked by default; full plaintext is a deliberate, per-account entitlement.
2. Authorised use only
You may use the Service only for lawful security, fraud-prevention, incident-response and threat-intelligence purposes, and only against assets and identities you are authorised to investigate. You must not:
- use the Service to target, harass, or facilitate unauthorised access to any person or system;
- attempt to re-identify, contact, or exploit any individual whose data appears in the Service;
- resell, redistribute or publish raw exposure data except as permitted by your agreement;
- circumvent access controls, rate limits, masking, or credit metering;
- use the Service in violation of any applicable law, including data-protection and computer-misuse laws.
3. Accounts & security
You are responsible for your credentials, API keys and for all activity under your account. Keep them confidential, rotate keys you suspect are compromised, and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. Access is role-based and every significant action is logged.
4. Credits & subscriptions
API access is metered by prepaid credits (one credit per search unless stated otherwise). Credits and entitlements are non-transferable. We may adjust plans, rates and limits prospectively with notice.
5. Acceptable data handling
Where the Service exposes credentials or secrets, you must handle them under the principle of least privilege, retain them no longer than necessary for your authorised purpose, and secure them appropriately. Validation of whether a leaked key still works is performed from your own authorised position; the Service does not use recovered credentials on your behalf.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, design system and documentation are owned by Tribastion. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the Service. No other rights are granted.
7. Availability & changes
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features. Upstream intelligence sources may change coverage without notice.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tribastion disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Intelligence is provided to assist your judgement and does not constitute legal advice or a guarantee of completeness.
9. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, misuse, or legal requirement. You may terminate at any time; certain obligations (confidentiality, lawful use, data handling) survive termination.
10. Governing law & contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. Questions: contact us or write to the address in our Privacy Policy.
